Earlier this month, our team gathered in Marathon, Florida, for our annual company fishing retreat — a focused blend of camaraderie, reflection, and skill-building. Over three days, staff from project management, field operations, estimating, and client services exchanged insights on current projects and best practices between outings on the water. The chartered fishing trips provided time for informal mentoring and cross-discipline problem solving while reinforcing safety, teamwork, and leadership under changing conditions. Evenings featured brief roundtable sessions to capture lessons learned and identify process improvements to carry into the year ahead. The retreat reinforced professional relationships, refreshed our commitment to safe, efficient project delivery, and generated practical takeaways to improve performance for clients and teams alike.
