ORC recently completed Construction Management Services on a private marina in Maryland.

The renovation of the marina, a project that had been eagerly anticipated by the local community for months, has been successfully completed.
The project scope included:
removal of existing pier, all associated utilities, and mooring piles
installation of a new floating dock, gangway, anchor piles, and mooring piles
installation of all necessary utilities
construction of fixed timber pier
bulkhead replacement
